AltoonaStudentHousing.com provides listings of off-campus student rental homes and apartments located in Altoona and Logan Township, Pennsylvania. We are the number one listing source in the area for off-campus housing.

If you wish to list your student rental on AltoonaStudentHousing.com, you must meet the following criteria:

Your listing is for student rental only. We do not allow posts for residential or commercial properties.
Your student rental is considered approved student housing by the City of Altoona and Logan Township municipalities.
You are a member of the Central PA Landlords Association. You can view benefits of membership and join online at www.centralpalandlords.com

All listings are reviewed prior to being approved for the web site. If you do not meet all three (3) criteria your listing will not be approved and no refund will be issued.

The cost for posting your property is $75 per listing. Your listing will be available for viewing until February 1^st annually. All property listings will expire on midnight January 31^st annually.
